1 c celery, diced2 c sweet peppers (1 each color-red, yellow, green, & orange), chopped1 lb. ground turkey, 93% lean1 can black beans2 cans chili beans1 can diced tomatoes with sweet onion1 can Rotele tomatoes1 can diced tomatoes with italian seasoning1 can Mexican corn.5 c onions, chopped1 packet (5-7 tsp) of taco or chili seasoning2 clove garlic, minced2 tbsp italian seasoning1 c fresh mushrooms, sliced Water to desired thickness
Brown, drain, and rinse turkey burger-Add half of the taco seasoning to the burger and mix
Sautee celery, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and garlic until softened
Rinse black beans
Combines beans, corn, tomatoes, sautee mixture, burger, and all other ingrediants in crockpot or large pot
