Vegetarian Beef Broccoli Stirfry

Ingredients
3 c. Prepared Brown Rice2 T red wine vinegar2 T soy sauce1 t sugar12 oz. Smart Strips Vegetarian Steak Strips1/2 c. veg stock1 T cornstrach1 T hoisin sauce1 t. Sriracha2 T canola Oil1 T grated fresh ginger2 t. minced garlic4 c chopped broccoli florets1/4 c water1/3 c sliced green onions
Directions
Combine 1 T. vinegar, ! t soysauce, sugar and strips. Stir together 1 T vinegar, 1 T soy sauce, broth, cornstarch. hoisin, and Sriracha. Heat wok and 1 T oil over med-high heat. Add strip mixture, saute 3 min until browned. Remove strips from wok. Add remaining 1 T oil to pan. Add ginger and garlic, cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add broccoli and 1/4 c water, cook 1 min. Add onions, cook 1 min, stirring constantly.Add broth mixture and strip mixture cook 2 min or until strips are heated through and sauce mixture is slightly thick. Serve over brown rice.

    I found this recipe (and this website) by searching for recipes that use Lightlife Smart Steak Strips. My husband and I have been vegetarian for over 20 years. I made this dish tonight and it was outstanding. Quick and easy to make. I had some asparagus and mushrooms that I added. Very tasty. - 9/20/11
