Roasted Potatoe Salad

Ingredients
3 Large Potatoes w/ skin, cut in to 1'' cubes3 Medium Stalks of Celery, chopped1 Small Onions, chopped 4 tsp Yellow Mustard3 tbs Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)3 tsp Pickle Juice3 medium Dill Pickles, chopped1 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Paprika0.5 tsp Original Season All1 tsp Italian Seasoning1 tbs Garlic Salt1/2 Bottle Vegetable SupremeOlive oil, drizzle
Directions
Wash the potatoes & cut into cubes. Place potatoes on to a cookies sheet, drizzle olive over the potatoes. Sprinkle Vegetable Supreme, Pepper, & Season All on the potatoes. Put potatoes into a 450f pre heated oven for 30 minutes or until firm. While the potatoes are cooking chop up Celery, Onion, & Pickles. Put them into a large bowl. Mix mayo, mustard, pickle juice, garlic salt & paprika together. Place potatoes, celery, onion, & pickles into the same bowl & mix. Enjoy! Makes 6-8 servings.
