1 piece of Traders Joes Wheat Lavash Bread1 tbl. extra virgin olive oil1 Tbl of Traders Joes Fat Free Crumbled Feta6 cherry tomatoes sliced4 Kalmata Olives, sliced2 c raw baby spinach, steamed in microwave- squeeze out excess water3/4 C finely shredded low fat mozzarella cheese3 strips Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Breast strips, diced
Preheat Oven at 350 degrees
Brush Lavash with olive oil
Sprinkle 1/2 of the shredded mozzarella on over lavash
Top with spinich, tomatoes, olives and chicken
Sprinkle feta cheese over lavash
and finish off with the remaining mozzarella
Bake for 15 minutes
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (1/2 of lavash each)
