Ingredients
*Iron Kettle Inn cream of tomato soup, 4 cups*96/4 Extra Lean Ground Beef, 8 oz *boneless center cut pork chops,chopped into small pieces 8 oz *White Rice Medium-grain Rice Cooked, 4 cups Onions, raw, 3 slices, thin Garlic, 2 cloves *Ground tumeric, 1/4 tsp*1 bay leaf, *Cascadian Farm Organic (Frozen Cut Spinach), 284 gram; 1 box*Adobo, 1/4 tsp Basil, 1/4 tbsp Parsley Flakes, 1/2 tsp*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
slightly brown onion and garlic in olive oil. Add beef and pork. Brown. Add soup and all ingredients but rice and spinach. Cook rice. Cook spinach according to package directions. Let meat simmer on low while cooking rice. Stirring occasionally. Stir in rice and spinach. Enjoy!
