carbohydrates-Rice flakes(150gms)fats-olive oil-1tbsproasted peanuts(50gms) Proteins-fresh peas(50gms)Veggies-cabbage, cauliflower,french beans-(50gms) eachcilantro-kothimbir-2tbsplemon 1 med sized -deseeded & sqeezedcurry leaves-1tsp,green chillies 2 cut in small pieces.spices-cumin 1tsphing-asafoetida-.5tspturmeric powder-.5tsp
wash rice flakes in a sieve. drain excess water. Keep for 10 min. In a nonstick utensil, heat olive oil. add cumin seeds,green chillies,curry leaves turmeric powder, hing. Saute for a while.Add little water 50ml. add all the veggies except lemon and cilantro. Cook for few min till 15-20ml of water is left in . add salt as per yr taste. Add soaked flakes. Stir nicely so that it is coated with the twater. cover it with the lid. cook on low flame till the veggies are tender. remove. the lid. Add cilantro and lemon juice. Add roasted peanut . and Mix well. Serve hot.
Optional-if u have cooked red kidney beans or chickpeas u can add them to increase the protein content.
