Ingredients
1 Beef Bottom Round Rump Roast (this recipe uses a 3lb roast)2 cans of Italian style canned tomato's1 cup of red wine (can use cheap red wine or cooking wine)1 can of tomato sauce1/2 cup of olice oilgarlic - to taste1 tbsp oreganoServed over Bow Tie pasta
Directions
You can marinate the meat for 30 minutes to an hour depending on how much time you have. Once meat is browned you can let the dish simmer up to 4 hours. Minimum time to simmer should be at least 1 hour. Great left over/reheated! Serve over Bow Tie pasta, calories don't include pasta. Great for family dinners!
