Spicy Chicken and Quinoa Soup

Ingredients
Chicken breastQuinoaoniongarlicmushroomsjalepenos/serranosbroth
Directions
Cook chicken in broth with the veggies until cooked (20-30 min). Pull our chicken to cool. Add quinoa to broth and cook until done. Shred chicken and add back to soup. Let cook and salt to taste. Enjoy!
