Brie Stuffed Mushrooms

60 baby bella mushrooms, washed, stems removed 2 - 4.5 oz. pkgs of brie, room temp.1/3 c. dried cranberries, chopped2 tbsp. chives, chopped6 tbsp. wheat germ
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Finely chop stems of mushrooms.
Mix stems, chives, and cranberries with the brie. Brie may need to be slightly softened in the microwave.
Divide brie mixture into all of the mushrooms.
Top with a sprinkle of wheat germ.
Bake until mushrooms are cooked through.
Serving = 3 mushrooms
