Ingredients
Suji - 1/2 CupSugar - 3 tspGhee - 1 tspMilk - 1 cupWater - 1/2 cup
Directions
1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the suji (semolina) and roast it till it turns in light brown colour.
2. Combine water, milk, sugar, mix well
3. Add the the above liquid to suji (semolina) and stir continuously till sugar syrup and semolina get mixed throughly.
4. cover and cook for 2 minutes till the consistency becomes thick
5. Serve hot.
