Introduction

This is my favorite way to relax in the evening when everything is done for the day. This is my favorite way to relax in the evening when everything is done for the day.

Ingredients

    4 oz water
    1 black tea bag
    4 oz lite soy milk
    2 whole cloves
    2 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
    6 whole black peppercorns
    1/4 tsp ginger, ground
    1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
    Pinch of anise seed
    Your favorite sweetener

Directions

Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Stir occasionally. Watch to make sure it doesn't boil over. Remove from heat and cover. Let steep for 5 minutes. Enjoy.
