Ingredients
Egg substitute (Egg Beaters) - 1 cupVanilla extract - 1 teaspoonCinnamon - 2 teaspoonsWhole Wheat Bread - 4 slicesCorn Flakes - 1 cup, crushed
Directions
Beat together Egg Beaters, vanilla and cinnamon. Dip bread into egg mixture, then corn flakes. Saute in frying pan sprayed with cooking spray. Enjoy!

    Similar to another recipe on spark this one with egg beaters and less cornflakes which is more what I did. I even used less eggbeaters, and I baked mine in a 400 degree oven on a wire rack for about 20 minute/ check it, flip once. I sprayed the wire rack with canola oil. My husbands favorite now. - 9/23/16
