Beefy Chili Blanco

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1/2 green pepper chopped1/2 sweet onion chopped1/2 cup white kidney beans1 cup vegetable or broth2 tbs sour cream1/4 cup shredded cheesechili powder, cumin, ground red pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion and pepper until slightly soft
add beans continue to saute until beans are soft
add ground beef and brown
add seasonings
once beef is cooked all the way through drain grease.
add broth, and sour cream and cheese.
stir well and serve.
