Ingredients
1 Small onion, diced vegetable oil or oil of your choice. Boneless,skinless chicken breastPatak's curry paste 1 can diced tomatoes
Directions
Sautee diced onions in vegetable oil or oil of your choice. Add diced chicken and brown lightly. Add curry paste and cook for 1 minute. Add diced tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Delicious!
