Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil3 tablespoons rice vinegar2 teaspoons soy sauce2 t. Sesame oil2 tablespoons brown sugar3 green onions, thinly sliced OR1/8 t. onion powderFresh ginger, grated1 T. sesame seeds, toastedsalt to taste

Instructions

Pour vegetable oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil into a blender.

Add brown sugar, onion, and fresh grated ginger.

Blend till well combined.

Salt to taste.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to blend all the flavors. Stir and pour on salad just before serving.

Makes approximately 1/2 cup of dressing.

Refrigerate any dressing left over.


This is great as a marinade for chicken, as well.
