Low Carb Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
1/2 TB olive oil1 TB reduced fat shredded cheese4 large egg whites1 large egg1 TB Tastefully Simple Corn Black Bean Salsasalt, dash1 tsp pepper
Directions
Heat oil in non-stick skillet. Stir salt & pepper into eggs. Add egg mixture to pan, cook until beginning to set. Stir/scramble until done to likeness. Tops with cheese and salsa.

Enjoy with a side of fruit (i.e., strawberries, blueberries, etc)
