Quiuck & Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
6 oz. No yoke Noodles16 oz extra lean ground beef1 medium onion,diced8 oz fresh mushroom slices1 c low sodium, fat free beef broth1 tsp. flour1/2 tsp salt (it's really not needed, but in calculations)1/4 tsp black pepper3/4 c. fat free sour cream
Directions
cook noodles as directed, without added salt or fat. Drain, and add 1/2 c of the beef broth. Set aside but keep warm.
brown onion, mushrooms and ground beef in a non-stick skillet until no longer pink and onions are tender. Add the floue, salt, and pepper, stirring to coat and distribute. Add remainder of broth. Bring to boil - adding water to keep from going dry. Reduce heat, stir in sour cream and heat through. Do not boil! Serve wth the noodles. I like to stir noodles into skillet and serve all together.
