Double Choc Muffins

Ingredients
220g self-raising flour1/2 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup caster sugar1 egg beaten1 tsp vanilla extract35g cocoa115g choc chips
Directions
preheat oven to 180oC.
line muffin tin with muffin wraps/papers.
mix all dry ingredients together, make well.
mix all wet ingredients together and pour into well,
add choc chips and mix well.
(do not over mix as this can cause the muffins to toughen).
spoon mixture into muffin wrapps/papers and bake for 15-20 minutes or untill lightly browned.
Note; you can substitute with any flavour you like e.g. berries, apple, banana, just ensure you keep the weight at 150g. nutrisional calculations have been done using chpc chips.
