Katie's Czech Potato Salad

Ingredients
Potatoes 665 g (1.5 lbs)Eggs 415 g (14.5 oz)Pickles 175 g (6 oz)SaltMustard 30 g (1 oz)Mayonnaise 260 g (9 oz)
Directions
Boil potatoes in skin until tender, let cool and peel the skins. Boil eggs, peel and chop into cubes. Chop potatoes into cubes. Slice pickles. Combine together in a large bowl, add salt to taste. Add mustard and mayo, mix with a spoon. Let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
