TC Chicken w/ Spinach and Mushrooms in white wine

Ingredients
(4) Chicken Breast, no skin, (about 1.5-2 lbs raw)Extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbspMushrooms, 3 cups, quarteredWhite Wine, 1/2 cupBaby Spinach, 3 cupGarlic, 2 cloves, choppedSaltPepper
Directions
Heat 1 tsp oil, medium high heat in skillet
Lightly season chicken with salt & pepper to taste
Cook chicken until browned (about 5-7 mins per side)
Set cooked chicken aside
Add remaining oil to skillet
Cook mushrooms 3 mins, then add garlic and wine
Cook just until wine is almost evaporated, then add spinach
Toss constantly until spinach is wilted
Serve immediately over chicken
