Atkins Friendly Microwave Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1/8 c. soy flour1/8 c. almond flour1 TB cocoa powder1/4 tsp baking powder5 drops liquid splenda2 TB butter, melted1/2 tsp vanilla1 TB water 1 egg
Directions
In a pyrex baking dish, mix & blend dry ingredients, then add liquid ingredients and blend thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap, cut a small vent, and microwave for 1 minute or until knife comes out clean. Cool slightly, and eat warm with whipped cream.
