Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients
1/2 c reduced sodium soy sauce1/4 c packed brown sugar2 tsp grated ginger root3 cloved minced garlic
Directions
Marinade any meat for 2 hours to overnight. Cook meat as directed and reserve marinade. Add marinade to small pot and boil and reduce to thickened sauce. Serve over meat, rice, veggies, etc.
