Ingredients
1lb Lean Ground BeefLow fat sour cream, 8 oz.2tbsp of Light mayonaise1 can of fat free cream of mushroom.1 bag of 16 oz, Shredded hashbrowns1/2 cup of chopped onion1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper.1/2 cup of evaporated milk1 8oz bag of low-fat shredded cheese1 tbsp of garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown Ground Beef can use Sausage or ground turkey.

Mix all other ingedients together in a casserole dish.
add ground beef. Stir it all together, in dish.

let cook for, 30 mins, add some cheese for topping, cook for another 15 mins, after adding cheese topping.

let stand 5 mins, and serve,

    This was delicious, but the nutrition information is only based on some of the ingredients and so, very inaccurate. This would be closer to 500 calories per serving. - 5/20/11
