Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)Blackberries, fresh, 1 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Peaches, frozen, 1 cup slices Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1.5 tbsp chia seed, 1 tbsp Almond Milk w/ Calcium, 1 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve.
