Ricotta and Pinto Bean Pate

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained1 can (15 oz.) lima beans, drained3 cloves garlic, crushed2 cups ricotta cheese, part skim1/4 c. butter, melted2 T. lemon juice1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 T. dried parsley1/2 - 1 tsp. dried dill weed
Directions
Combine all ingred. in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Chill and serve. Can chill in individual lightly oiled ramekins, bottoms lined with discs of waxed paper, and turn out to serve, removing paper.
