curried turkey

Ingredients
left over turkey breast meat 2 med. onionscan tomotoes diced2 tbsp oil1 tbsp curry powder2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp turmeric1 tsp cumim1/2 tsp cayanne pepper1 tsp corrianderricepotatoes cut up
Directions
heat oil, put in chopped onions until sauteed, add tomatoes stir to mix then add spices to your taste, let simmer to mix well, then add turkey meat (leftover for faster) then water to cover well, after cooks a bit add potatoes and water to cover, reduce heat and let cook down, should have a thick sauce and then serve over rice.
