Introduction

I found this online at howstuffworks.com The recipe also included raita but I used my own recipe for that. A real keeper. I found this online at howstuffworks.com The recipe also included raita but I used my own recipe for that. A real keeper.

This was great---servings were just the right size, and the flavor was wonderful. We served it with the Raita recipe on SP (also wonderful!), and basmati rice. And what a great idea to line a pan with foil before baking--easy clean up! Thanks for sharing the recipe! - 1/25/10

Very good for a lower fat version of Indian food. As I almost tripled the recipe so I can have leftovers, it took about 40 mins to bake
( covered ). I also sprinkled some fresh chopped coriander on top for extra kick. Served it with tomato, onion and cucumber raita and basmati.
