Lisa's Peanut Butter Oat Bread

1 1/2 C Flour6 tbsp Kretschmer Wheat Germ1/2 C Oats2 t Baking Powder1/2 C Granulated Sugar1 1/2 C Milk, nonfat1 t Vanilla Extract1/2 C Smart Balance Omega Creamy Natural Peanut Butter1/2 t Nutmeg, ground1/2 t Cinnamon, ground1/2 t salt
Preheat oven to 375 f
Combine dry ingredients. Add a little of the milk to the peanut to help smooth it up. Then combine all the wet ingredients and stir in the dry. Do not over-stir as this will make it more dense and dry.
Pour into a greased loaf pan (like 8x4x3)
Bake for approx 45 minutes, check with toothpick after 35.
Serve with your favorite jam!
