Stace's Take on Aztec Casserole(Ab's Diet Recipe)

Ingredients
510 g Ex. Lean Ground Beef3/4 c diced onion2 crushed garlic cloves1 tsp cumin250 g cooked Basmati Rice2 c Salsa
Directions
Brown beef in large non-stick skillet, add onions once juices start to come out. Add crushed garlic and cumin, cook until ground beef is thoroughly cooked through. While cooking beef, make rice. Once beef is cooked through, add the salsa and cooked rice. Mix well and top each serving with a tablespoon of cheese.
(Cheese is NOT included in recipe, add it as an extra to your meal. I use Kraft Reduced Calorie Tex Mex Blend.)
