.5 cup shortening1.5 cup applesauce4 large eggs3 cups mashed bananas2 cups splenda1 cup sugar5 cups oat flour3 tsp soda2 tsp salt
Sift together flour, soda and salt, set aside. Cream together sugar and shortening. Add Splenda and applesauce. Mix until blended. Add flour mixture gradually. Pour into 2 medium sized baking pans and bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
