Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 cup chopped onion1 clove minced garlic1 Can Beef Broth1 46 ounce container V8 Vegetable Juice2 10 oz packages frozen vegetable soup mix2 Medium Potatoes, Chopped2 Tablespoons dried BasilSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Place ground turkey, onion and garlic in dutch oven size pan and brown. Add beef broth and cook for 5 minutes. Add V8 Juice, potato, vegetables and basil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 30 minutes on medium. Stir occasionally. Six generous servings.
