Ingredients
1 whole egg [or 2 egg whites] (whichever you like)1 slice of American Cheese1 medium flour tortilla1 tsp of olive oil
Directions
Heat skillet on medium
Pour olive oil in skillet
Crack and fry egg to your liking
Place cooked egg on flour tortilla
Using your fingers, break cheese up and place on top of eggs
Fold burrito to your liking.
