Ingredients
1/2 tsp parsley flakes2 garlic cloves, minced6 black olives1/3 cup roasted red peppers2 cans chickpeas, drained2 TBS tahini2 TBS olive oil2 TBS water1/2 tsp salt2 TBS lime juicein a food processor, process parsley flakes, garlic ,olives and red peppers for about 6 seconds. scrape down the bowl and process for 6 seconds more. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth - about 1 minute. scrape down the bowl and process 1 minute more. store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
