spicy garlic shrimp, spinach & whole wheat pasta

Ingredients
shrimp (3oz) raw, 1 oz finely diced raw, purple/red onionsGarlic, 1 tsp.1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakesSpinach, fresh, 1 cup Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Pasta, 0.5 cupOlive Oil, 1 1tsp 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese1/4 tsp lemon pepper
Directions
boil water (salt if you desire)
add pasta
cook 8 minutes, until aldente'
drain, reserving 1 tbsp water
heat oil
saute' crushed red peppers, onions and garlic
add shrimp and lemon pepper
cook 2-3 minutes until shrimp pink in color
turn off heats
toss in spinach, pasta & water
add parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste (watch salt if you used lemon pepper)
