* Oranges, 1 large (3-1/16" dia) * Grapefruit, fresh, pink and red, 1 fruit (3-3/4" dia) * Strawberries, fresh, 6 medium (1-1/4" dia) * Apples, fresh, 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb * Carrots, raw, 10 small (5-1/2" long) * *liquid stevia (5 drops), 2 serving * Water, bottled, 1 serving * Ice cubes, 2 cup
Directions
in a good blender
add water
then your fruits and vegetable
stevia
ice cubes
blend until all ice is crushed
