Beef, round steak, 1.5 lb (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Garlic, 2 clove Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) *club house Brown Gravy Mix 1/4 packet, 4 serving Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Hunt's fire roasted diced tomatoes, 14.5 oz

In a slow cooker, combine stk, mrooms, onion, celery, and garlic,.

In a bowl, combine tomatoes, tsauce, 1/2 cup water , gravy mix, salt and pepper. Pour over stk mixture. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs. Serve over mashed potatoes(or you could do rice or pasta with it too.)
