Greek Omelet (1% feta cheese)

Ingredients
* Egg white, 3 serving (remove) * Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 5 serving (remove) * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove) * Feta Cheese, 1.3 oz (remove)
Directions
Wash and cut the fresh spinach.
wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into 4
cook the spinach for about 2 min, mix the tomatoes with it and set aside.
Beat the 3 egg whites and pour into a hot skillet ( i use Pam spray), cook and flip when ready.
Pour the mixture of the spinach and tomatoes on top of the egg white with the 1 ounce of feta cheese.
To give a little more taste without using salt, I use a little of oregano and basil (both dry spices)

Serving Size: makes one good size omelet
