Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients
4 Hardboiled Eggs- throw away 2 of the yolks!2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise1 tsp. mustard2 gherkin pickles, choppedDash of paprikaDash of pepper
Directions
Make sure you've discared 2 yolks!

Mash up the eggs with a fork. Add all other ingredients, mix well.

Note: paprika will make the egg salad a funny red color, you may omit it if you want.
