Baked Apple dessert

2 tsp smart balance spread5 fresh medium apples1.5-2 tsp fresh cinnamonsplash of water2 tsp agave nectar sweetener
- Pre-heat oven to 375
- Cut apples into slices (if you don't like the skin on, peel apples before cutting)
- Place them in a baking dish that comes with a lid
- scatter 2 tsp. smart balalnce butter, agave nectar & cinnamon over apples.
- Add a splash of water to dish so the apples can steam a bit
- Place lid on dish and bake in oven for 30 min or until apples are very soft and gooey
- When serving, can add a tablespoon of plain yogurt and a dash of maple syrup over dish
