Pretzel Rolls (Bread maker dough)

Ingredients
1.5 c warm water2 T butter, cut up4.5 c all purpose flour1T agave nectar2 t salt1 T yeast1 egg beaten1 T Kosher salt2 quarts water.25 c baking soda
Directions
Add all ingredients to bread maker in the order listed and set on "dough" cycle.

Preheat oven to 425

Once the dough is finished divide into 2 oz pieces. Pinch edges in and roll into a ball.

Bring 2 quarts water to a low boil and add baking soda.

Drop 3 - 4 dough balls into boiling water and boil about 30 seconds on each side. Remove from water with slotted spoon.

Using a pastry brush, glaze each roll with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt. Use a sharp, straight edged knife to cut an "x" into the top.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
