Low-Fat Frozen Yogurt

3 cups plain nonfat yogurt1/2 cup half and half6-8 oz frozen unsweetened fruit (e.g., strawberries)3/4 to 1 cup sugar1 tsp sour salt or 2 tbsp lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined (don't overblend or too much air will be whipped into the mix). Adjust sugar and lemon juice to taste, making sure the mix is a bit sweeter than you'd like (it'll taste less sweet when frozen). Chill until ready to use.
Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Decant (I put it right back into the quart yogurt container) and freeze until firm.
