Soy Chorizo and Bean Tostadas

Ingredients
2 C pinto beans1/4 C picante saucewater2-3 drop of liquid smoke8 oz soy chorizo2 C shredded romaine2 tomatoes, chopped1/2 red onion, chopped1 T tahinijuice of 1/2 lime1/2 chipotle pepper8 prepared tostada shells
Directions
Bean Spread:
In deep bowl combine pinto beans, a little water, salsa, a couple drops of liquid smoke. Blend or mash to desired consistency, adding more water as needed. Add the soy chorizo and heat.

Chipotle Sauce:
Combine tahini, lime juice, 1/2 chipotle pepper (more or less to taste) and enough water to whisk to a smooth cream. Add a pinch of salt.

Spread bean mixture on your tostada, drizzle with the chipotle cream, and top with the veggies of your choice.
