Cinnamon, ground, 0.50 tsp Salt, 0.50 tsp Orange Juice, 0.50 cup Kale, 1 cup, chopped Pecans, 0.50 cup, chopped Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Quinoa, 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened , 0.66 cup
Rinse quinoa and add to pot with 1.5c water. Bring to boil and cook covered for 10 to 15 min. Once quinoa is cooked remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and let stand a few minutes.
Good served warm or cold.
