Leftover Rice Pudding (sugar free)

Ingredients
500 g boiled white rice 500 ml 1% milka sprinkling of splenda (not too much - the raisins are very sweet)2 handfuls of raisins1 heaped tsp mixed spice
Directions
Add the rice, milk, raisins and splenda to a pan.

Bring to the boil and then reduce to a simmer and cover.

Cook for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until the rice has absorbed all the milk.

Add a little extra milk if it looks dry - it should be creamy but not wet.

Add the mixed spice and serve warm or cold.
