3/4 cup pumpkin puree, cooked or canned1/4 cup coconut oil1/2 cup maple syrup2 tbs blackstrap molasses2 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp saltorange zest from 1/2 orange2 cups rolled oatshandful of craisins or raising1 cup minced nuts4 tbs shredded coconut.
mix all wet ingredients together
mix all dry ingredients together with wet ingredients
line pan with parchment paper & spray with cooking oil
bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown on top
