Cornmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour1/3 cup yellow cornmeal1 Tbsp Sugar1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 egg beaten lightly1 cup skim milk1 Tbsp Molasses1 Tbsp Butter1 spray cooking spray
Directions
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup, level with knife. Combine flour and next five ingredients in a large bowl. Combine egg and next three ingredients in a bowl. Add egg mixture to flour mixture.

Scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
