Cranberry Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour1 cup oats1/2 cup white sugar1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 egg1 3/4 cups mashed bananas1/4 cup margarine1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup cranberries
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl.
Beat egg, bananas, and melted margarine until smooth. Add to dry ingredients. Stir to blend. Add cranberries.
Makes 12 muffins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
