coconut rice w craisins and green peppers

Ingredients
1 cup white rice1/3 cup craisins1 can (13.5 oz) lite coconut milk1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
Directions
add all ingredients to steamer, mix and steam for an hour

I like to add toasted coconut flakes to the top as a garnish and added taste.
