Swai fish fillets Passport, 8 oz*Onion powder, 1/8 tspButter I can't believe it's butter, 1 tbsp Mayonnaise Kraft light, 1 tbspLemon juice Goya, 2 tsp Basil, 1/8 tspPepper, black, 1/8 tsp Celery salt Twin Gardens, 1/8 tsp Cheese grated parmesan Kraft, 2 tsp
Mix ingredients together except fish. Spray glass dish or pan with olive oil and place fish in and spread mixture over each side of fillet. Cover and marinae at least 30 minutes. Put in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes turning once.

5 Stars in our book. We use the lime mayo. instead of regular. I dusted the top w some creole seasoning and more Parmesan Cheese just before putting the fish in the oven, gives it a nice color and crust. We didn't turn the fillets at all and they were absolutely wonderful. Swai is a fabulous fish. - 3/14/13
