Ingredients
Directions
Ground Turkey, 1 lb raw Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 6 oz Egg, fresh, 1 large Oats, 1 cup Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Water chestnuts, 1 can sliced, chopped Garlic, 4 tsp Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Chicken Bullion, 2 tsp
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined. (If you have a food chopper, you can chop the water chestnuts, onion, and garlic together before adding to the bowl - smaller pieces for a more uniform texture, larger chunks for a "chunky style" meatloaf - my kids prefer them smaller, but I would like them a little chunkier...!)
Spray a muffin tin (12 or more) with pan spray.
Put meat mixture into the muffin cups. You'll get about 12, maybe more.
Bake at 350F for about 35-40 minutes.
If your meat mixture is too soupy, add more oats or some TVP to thicken it up and dry it out.
Serve with rice and a vegetable, with sweet and sour sauce to drizzle over the top. Original recipe called for green onions, they are just as good. But my kids don't notice the white onions as much.
Serving Size: Makes ~12-14 individual meatloaves
Number of Servings: 14
